This is the funniest and most amusing Death Note fic I've read. The voice you give L in this is hilarious! I was expecting a twist at the end, but you just leave it and me wanting more. :D

Aw, I love this. :) 14-year-old L was amazing (and adorable), and I love his crush on Light's mom (LxLight is my OTP, too). I was giggling hysterically throughout most of it -- it was so funny -- and it was perfectly in-character and really realistic too. Good work. :)

This is so funny! omg, I was laughing so hard my mother asked me what was going on. Thanks for writing this, I can hardly ever find stories about a younger L and Light.

This is probably the most amusing first person death note fanfic I have ever read. The part that got me roaring with laughter had to have been L crushing on Light's mom and thinking he'd not only get some but get PAID for it! I'd love to see Watari's expression after hearing all L had to say about that.

I know this is more then likely an overly abused questions, and since I'm too lazy to scroll through all those other reviews I'll just go on and ask it, do you think you'll ever write a somewhat sequel to this? Just another one shot, preferably one with a slightly older much more legal Light? I just think it would be funny ( and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one ) if L got an eye full of the pretty teen all grown up.

Being honest, this was the first story of yours, plus the first DN fanfic, that I had ever read. It's really what got me interested in Death Note fanfic. Everything is so humorous and biting. I love the characterization. It fits perfectly with the characters if they had been this age while meeting.

heh. Had L been reviewing his old tapes regarding Japan during the Kira case and run across this? Is that why he suspected Light from the beginning? Whatever the case, brilliant job writing this. I'm amazed by your ability to be very angsty in one fic, super light-hearted in another, and still be able to keep the characters IC. I admire your abilities!

Very entertaining! You are really skilled at accurate characterization. I love the way L dialects into his little recorder. I wouldn't have ever thought Light to be such a devil child --what happened to the well-behaved son everyone thought him to be? I guess the absence of parents unleashes his bad side? Really liked Sayu --so cute! But in real life, I'd probably think they were brats, hate their guts, and have to refrain myself from strangling them. Good thing L is pretty mild-tempered. Also loved how L thought he was such a chick-magnet. x3
