Demetria99 6/16/08 . chapter 1Very, very good look into the mind of Charlie Swan. I love the cult thing! Hum...it would be interesting to see what other theories that Charlie can come up with! |
segolily 6/16/08 . chapter 1That was fascinating, the analogy of fishermen comparing their lures. You captured the heart of what it means to be a father, whether they're human or vampire. Very well written. Although you wrote this story without humor in mind, I found the idea of Carlisle as the head of a secret cult very amusing ;) Excellent story :) |
Lesliemac531 6/16/08 . chapter 1Great story! I really enjoyed it! |
Ava Sinclair 6/16/08 . chapter 1'The definition of parenthood is loss: joyous yet terrible, heart-rending loss. It started at her birth. I recall the awe and exhilaration I felt at her first wail; the happiness of my heart forfeited…no, stolen from me in that moment. That was the first time I lost Bella; she was no longer just mine but the world’s, fate’s even, to do with as it saw fit.' One of my absolute favorite passages although the first four paragraphs all touched my heart extremely. I love his internal monologue; it's beautifully written. I left you more comments at TM's. Fantastic job. |
Lolawid 6/15/08 . chapter 1Love this one shot! Great story! I love Charlie's mind! Thanks! Lori |
Kellbella 6/15/08 . chapter 1Wow, Charlie is so close to figuring it out! I feel bad about how he feels about the Cullens. He must know deep down that he will never see Bella again and that scares him. That was great! :) |
