That was really good and I seriously don't understand the problem others had with this ff. Put it in the drama category? Hell no!

Wrong choice of words for a romance? Well, it's a humor piece first, then a romance, so I find your choice of words perfect. I especially enjoyed all the really funny parts in the brackets.

It's just sad that this is only such a short story, as I would have liked to read more of it.

I liked that you expressed what Lucas was feeling about being "dead". It was clear, but the words you used... Could bring it up a notch. As for this being in the humor category, in my opinion, I would put it under "drama" or something, but humor? Change the topic of the piece, and you'll have something good. :)

Now on the romance bit, it didn't seem to... hit the right spot? Probably use different words to express romantic feelings, but personally I kinda found them unfitting for the piece.

Still, the ideas were great. Just how you wrote them was kinda wonky. Still, work at it and soon you'll kick ass. :) Thanks for writing something for Fahrenheit! :D It's a lovely game, and it's so sad that there isn't a category for it on here.
