You're a gifted writer, and the world you've created is extreme interesting. I have nothing to complain about with your style, your flow, I haven't even found any grammar nitpicks to whine about. It's obvious from how you're writting this that you have a plot in mind, and the entire setup of the story laid out already.

However. Uhm. Soi Fon is, like, the only Bleach character in here? And it's not even taking place in the Bleach!world. This story is more 'original fiction with a borrowed character' than fanfic.
