Wow! I just read all of the story and im loving it. My Fave bit was Gene's notebook. The whole thing made me laugh so much. You are an awesome author. I'll say it again, I love it.

Oh, what a perfectly lovely ending! Gene and Alex together, Molly joining them in 1981 - a completely unexpected twist, but very right - if Alex was shot in 2008 and went back to 1981, why shouldn't Molly do the same? I can't think why no-one hasn't thought of this before. Gene and Alex discovering each others' fantasies - great minds think alike, indeed - and I love his warnings in the book. Shaz pregnant, I don't think anyone else has thought of that one - Gene buying Alex flowers - oh, it's all wonderful. Yes, please write more - sequel, continuation, new story, whatever you think, but write something please!

Yey, a really great last chapter, in fact so good that I think a sequel is definately called for. I'd like to see how Gene adapts to 'father hood.'

well you were rihht that was pure fluff but it was also absolutaly brilliantly written and almost brought a tear to my eye. using the fireworks was also a great constrast. i was just so hoping she would be able to move in time, good old gene genie waiting for her.

So Alex's awful experiences in 2008 were just a dream - the aged Gene and Ray, her own funeral, Molly's death. As a professed addict of GALEX fluff, I loved this chapter, especially the continued tension as to whether anyone would work out in time that Alex was still alive, but in all honesty I have to say that I think your very best writing to date has been in Chapters 13 and 14, which were almost shockingly powerful and upsetting.

Yes, please, I want an epilogue! NOW!
