Oh, this was simply hilarious! Brilliant! I was crying for laughing yesterday when I read it (had it saved to my computer before), and even now, just thinking of it, I laugh out loud.

As I see many have said before, this could easily have been part of the show. First class Hogan´s Heroes entertainment; I think it would have become a classical scene from the series!

ROTFL! I don't know what I can say that hasn't already been said, but I absolutely loved this! Your writing is so descriptive, and the characters are spot-on! And the humor...I could see this as a scene from the show; without a doubt! Wunderbar!

I never laughed so hard in my entire life! This was great! Especially the way Hogan had Schultz going with the Bloody Mary and then the bar-b-que. It was classic Hogan's Heroes. I could see this having been an episode with the classic comedy you've written. Great job!

I laughed so hard during this. Great interaction between the charachters. I can see Schultz running out and not eating for days.

“Oh, that’s okay, Colonel,” Carter said gamely. “After all, it’s for a good cause.”

Oh, Carter. I love him. There's just so much brilliant interplay with all of the men I can't even honestly say the above were my favorite quotes. You've made my day.

That was excellent! It was written so well, just like it were truly an event from the show itself.

Absolutely one of the funniest bits of Hogan's Heroes fanfiction I have run across! The snappy patter and goofy schtick was in the same classic style as the TV show...I could actually see the whole scene playing out in my mind's eye...and it was so plausable and in keeping with their style of humor..that I laughed out loud as I read it! Bravo mate! Hope to read more of your work in the future...keep em coming!

And it's good that occasionally Newkirk shows up Hogan; keeps him on his toes.
