Kerkerian-Horizon
2009-11-19 . chapter 1
Hahaha, hilarious!
My favourite line was "He knew he was in big trouble der minute dat accountant hit der dirt"- brilliant!

I loved how Mal still managed to baffle Vimes (as he usually pretends to know everything)!

Clever, especially the ending! You don't see much good persykological fanfics these days, but this one was.

This story was wonderful. Not only was it clever and thoughtful, the humor was there in spades. The wordplay was fantastic, especially the chip off the shoulder. So incredibly sweet and well done!

This is great. It does make you wish that more people could be like Malachite though.

Oh, I like that. Especially knocking the chip off his shoulder at the end, which I completely didn't get until the word "chip." Nice.

Laughs out loud at that wonderful last line--what a beautiful set up! Splendid one-shot, glad I read it.

Ooh. The first Terry Pratchett fanfiction I've ever read, and it turns out to be really cool... :)

Aw... That was really touching! I loved your clever use of the "chip on his shoulder" motiff.(sp?)

The one thing I wasn't quite sure about: Wouldn't Sam panic, at least a little, at the sight of Mal reaching down to pat Young Sam on the head?

Otherwise, lovely!
