I actually like this a lot. I can see the psychological process as he imagines it. A way to excuse his need an emotion by calling it mere human instinct. Well done.

Aww, the poor thing's in denial. XD As a dumbbutt, I think it'd be a bit more correct to blame it on both Chemistry AND Biology, Raito. XD Heehee, this story really is so. . . so perfect. ^_^ Oh~ and, hahaHA, this line, "Much like L snatches his hand away from Raito just as he’s about to reach his peak." was such a "oh you dirty bastard" moment.

You know, I've always been interested in a story that would focus on Raito's thoughts on their relationship, especially on or during sex. Sex is too intimate and CLOSE to even think about between the two, unless it's part of some daring plan to get closer to killing eachother. It really is, just like you said, too dangerous. But since we're nasty nasty fangirls we make it happen. =P Ohh~ how lucky I am to have stumbled upon such a wonderful writer like you!! *lucky dance* Yaay~!

It worked out very well! I love the play on this one, and to think that you only did this in ten minutes makes me so jealous! Yup, the thought process is awesome! If you're wondering why I'm posting so much, I haven't had the internet for a month or so, and I missed LXLight stories. Anyhow, keep up the great work!

This was very well written! The thing I love most about Death Note is the intelligent dialogue of it all. You successfully captured a little piece of Riato when you wrote this! I can't say I don't like a little smut every now and then, but the way you were able to portray pure thought and emotion over the blunt sex was amazing. Fantastic job!

I really, really like this, you capture the general Light-ness really well!

In answer: I think I like it! Light trying to distance himself from his emotions so he can see himself as more god-like. Actually, my favorite thought in this was that Light recognizes that L thinks the same ideas in the same ways he does: they both believe they are gods in their minds, simply trapped in their mortal bodies and unable to accept the other as equal. Very well done.

I enjoyed the thought and then overthought, turning into underthought then back to just plain thought.
I thoroughly enjoyed it.
