Okay... Maysa...A freeze-up sounds quite logical considering her...But then again, may freeze anyone up.

I can see Kerensky's view...I believe he was a Crusader?(I forgot where I saw that). They are of the opinion (From what I gather), those who do not battle honorably deserve none in return...Which I agree with, honorable combat means nothing if the other side doesn't.

As for Max's lance...Things look awful FUBAR. When Shiela arrives there won't be nothing but a few isolated survivors...Wonder how many clanners will be left afterwards? I doubt too many.

Nice work...and nice to see Eric Kerensky die a loser. And somebody better tell Star Captain Vickers that Sheila doesn't bluff. Especially when her back's to the wall.

Poor Maysa... Copeland's death really got to her. I wonder how she'll fare from here on.

I wonder how the rest of the Snowbirds will do, as well, with the Southern force in the shape that it's in.

Whoo, a gory battle. This is IMHO the tightest battle the Snowbirds have ever been since their Ascendance. Mechs go down in a matter of minutes. I had a kick out of Kahvi. She doesn't strike me as somebody who will scream Banzai like a maniac. But then maybe all Kuritans are that way in a pitched battle.

I always knew Max would be in trouble.

And what on earth is wrong with that Kerensky? "No mercy, no prisoners"? That's not the way a Kerensky should act. Good thing Senefa disposed him, he only brings shame to the touman (I can't believe I'm rooting for a Jade Falcon!)

No worries about the delay, sentinel28. I don't play Madden, but I know the st me a few nights, when I got my last new game; but then, sleep is overrated. I can survive a little suspense, and it was certainly worth the wait. :)

I must say that you certainly succeeded in confusing me... And this is far from over; there is still the southern force. A n d we don't know yet what happened to Max (aside from that he hit his head or something). Depending on what happened there, it might as well be the Snowbirds who'd have to accept hegira.

I'm afraid Sheila's too late. The Wolves already struck the convoy. I just hope Max is ok.

I like the controversy using the chemical weapons creates. I can almost imagine Sheila not even considering the ramifications of using those rounds as more of a smokescreen than with actual intent to kill. The fact that mechs would over-pressurize to purge and seal off contaminants would create confusion and panic is what would be the trump card if I were in a similar predicament.

Nice battle, and way to show two forces with their blood up and hair on fire..I suspect Eric Kerensky is going to be out of contact at a critical time and that might save the Snowbirds enough to break contact and get off this rock...

And to all those who said "Shelia, don't slime the poor clanners"!

BAH HUMBUG! I say give the vatspawn all they can handle, and thensome. (No, I don't like clanners, I don't love Wobbies and Kuritans either, and yes, Sherman had a point in his comments about "War being the remedy the enemy has chosen, I say we give him the full measure of it.")

Personally I agree with the use of Chemical weapons...Except as stated below...This will mean a almost "Kill on sight" order for the Snowbirds when dealing with the Clans.

Another good ol' balls to the walls fight...Although by the end of this, there may not BE a Snowbirds (At least as it is known now).

Don't look good on Max's side...Either A Surrender, B Try and make them stupid enough to take a possibly lop-sided bidding, or C kick butt at them and hope for a miracle.

Hm, I was so hoping Sheila *wouldn't* be using those chem weapons. This is only going to make the Wolves angry, and even if Erik Kerensky's unit doesn't survive, the rest of the Clan will hear about this... I wonder how this will affect the Snowbirds' future dealings with the Clans.

I was hoping this battle wouldn't come to using weapons like that. But then again, the Clans have been known for their brutality; it's only fair that Spheroids return it in kind.
