I have just finished reading DiT and all of the chapters you have written for this story. I just want to say that the experience from reading this is amazing. Easily one of the best stories I have read on this website, as well as anything I have read outside of this website. I am truly captivated by
this story, engulfed in it even. I'm glad I started reading this while you are still in the process of writing it so that I can comment on the chapters along the way, but also very dissappointed that once I finish a chapter I am not allowed the luxury to open a next chapter whenever I want. Basically, I CANT WAIT TO READ MORE! Haha.

I am also very relieved that you are choosing to step it up a notch on the maturity. I loved DiT but it felt like something was missing, and I think it was choosing to write about teenagers while denying basic human compulsions. Obviously there is no need to go overboard with this, it just seems that denying what they may be thinking (I was surpirsed to see squall thinking about sex XD but was still happy to see it) about eachother fully encompassing their connection. They are not pre-teens, they are adults. They should act like them. So, I am very excited to see what happens.

Ok first I'd like to say I >ADORE< your writing style! I like how Squall is alwayas thinks to much over things or over calculates. You don't over do his character and you don't neglect his character- which is great! I also like how your making them slowly open up to eachother and the little romantic akward moments they sometimes share. I'm looking forward to more of your chapters (hopes you release more soon (: )

I would also like to mention that with your writing abilities you should aim bigger. I would not doubt for one moment that you could write a sucessful story and have it published.

oh my god, the girls really don't have earrings! Just the guys. I printed this out a week ago and finally have the time to read it now, since school began. One of our cats got sick and I had to learn how to force meds down his throat. Not fun! So between school and the sicko cat, these 2 stories being updated was a great releiver! This had a really sweet ending with the kiss! Oh and yes, Vegas was fun. Extremely hot, got to wear tank tops every day.

Magnificent chapter.

I love this chapter, if only for the kind of simple, everyday things that the group goes through and yet the small insights and comments that show the depth of what is occurring. I think for all of them Squall is the one most at sea, he is so used to being alone and self reliant, and yet things have changed so quickly for him and now he is moving into territory he doesn't fully understand, abliet without the leg cramps of his father, but still with the same sort of nevous trepidation.

I have to say I did like the bumper stickers, I think Squall's being the most appropriate of them all. It's nice to see them simply able to rela for a little while, because I have no doubt that the difficult things are yet to come.

Love the relationship between Selphie and Irvine - it's very realistic. And who knew there was a bumper sticker for every FF8 character?!

Squall's uncertainties are also perfectly in character, but I like the way he's testing his limits. And the way Rinoa is encouraging him along.

Random thoughts indeed. Random thoughts with lots of clearly visable Irony. I can totally see Selphie and Irvine in matching shirts, and Squall thoughtful and silent as always...

Selphie and multicolors... fits beyond beleif. And poor poor Rinny, yes, no, maybe... And adding more holes...? Rin can be a bit off, but she's no blond, not that quistis fits the bill... but I'm attacking my own there I guess. Blond is a personality, not a look... ah, randomness... hehe, onward.

Fresh road kill, torturing Squall lossing some of it's charm... depressing for them. The whole six weeks thing is so very Selphie

... Carbuncle... Squall... (This is where I get strange looks from my roomate from the laughter, but I was giving her strange looks earlier... so we're even)

HA! Finnally we see inside of Squalls head about some of the more... ahem... taboo subjects, even if on the surface, happines! And I have to say that the town metaphore is very interesting and works in a way that I NEVER would have though on my own... But you think of cool things like that.

And is there seriously a bumper sticker that sais whatever? I also started laughing histerically at that as well.
