I know I was thinking Ranma and Akane, but then I'm not all that familiar with many of the other series available as choices. Neat idea, though: One premise, many possibilities.

Konnichiwa, Niisan! I think you ought to add another chapter to this: Ushio & Tora - Mayako and Tora. although... we don't really know all that much about her family life... Just a thought.

I thought that this was a very interesting idea, and I loved how there wasn't *really* a definite answer, but could be an answer depending on whatever couple you're rooting for. Hm, I thought that it was either Hikari and Takeru, Akari and Ryouga, or Yusuke and Keiko (btw, isn't that supposed to be 'Yu Yu Hakusho'?). Anyway, a very cool 'pick it yourself' sort of series.
