I can't decide if I like this chapter better than the first. I mean, the first had the Balthier and Logan interaction but this is. I love how Alec does everything he can to spite Manticore. And the last line is just. Evocative and /right/. Somehow I missed the fact that this wasn't a one-shot and I wouldn't have minded if it was but I'm glad it's not if there will be more awesome chapters like this. Seriously well done. :)
