I love this story!! Seriously, you made me not only not mind that they were related and still want them to be together anyway, but kind of start to like the fact that they are related. I can't explain it, it just makes it more... forbidden... which makes it so much sexier. I can't wait for Italy, so that they can(hopefully) release all of those pent up feelings of longing and lust and tension and everything else that makes this story so utterly irresistabe. You've written this chapter well, the characterisation is spot on, and your writing gives them such a crazy amount of incestious sexual tension it should be illegal. Oh wait, it is :P.
