Thanks for this story. I liked the nods to the movies and TV show, and I like how you alternated character point of view and blended these two groups so well. I also like the twist at the end, but I have to say that there's a lot more you could do with this fandom combination.

Since the Animorphs can acquire the DNA of other humans, they could also acquire the X-men's DNA, and be able to use any of their powers! Logan's power would be redundant, but to be able to switch between Shadowcat, Jean, Cyclops, etc. would be priceless!

Same goes for the X-men-- they could acquire each other and double up on whatever power they need the most at the time. They could even acquire the DNA of some of the younger kids, and be able to use their powers in combat even if they think the kids are too young. I can see them all phasing into a Yeerk pool (no need for possession), zapping it with a power combination or just psychically knocking everyone out, then flying or speeding away. It could be a bit weird morphing into your friend/mentor/lover/etc, but it would definitely be worth the weirdness to be able to use any of the other powers. They might even be able to acquire Magneto if they could get close enough.

Speaking of Magneto, I would love to read a battle scene between him and a Blade ship. He would totally take it apart! Maybe someday you'll write a sequel. In any case, thanks for writing, and this is an awesome pairing of fandoms. Great job.

This fanfic was just... well... Beautiful. You had the right amount of description, everyone was in character, and you did show alot of accuracy(Aside from the fact that Jean died in X2, and then again in X3. And the fact that there's only one Yeerk pool(That parts okay, though)) 25 chapters is amazing. You are truly a god/goddess of writing.

well, i must say that i have waited patiently for The United's triumphant return! He y thanks for finishing a great story, though I was feeling a little like Cyclops and Rachael...I kinda wanted the ending to be a little more action-packed. But what could you do? It would take to much away from the story to have them go too far out, considering the consequences could get the Animorphs, and their families, killed. Great job and I hope you find the time to write another great fic.

sorry you don't have more readers. I think there is a generation gap between animorph readers and x:evo watchers so there are not many crossover fans.

it been eons since i've last read this series,so i agee with you on the whole yeerk pool thing...all those yeerks, one pool? lol still enjoying the flow of the story and their experience with morphing.

an interesting drive in the story, allowing the x-men the ability to morph.

i really enjoyed this chapter, you really captured Ax's quirkiness,lol. i love the story development here. i am pressing on to read more.

it's been awhile since i've been able to sit down and read The United and it's still reading great to me. thanks for sticking true to the characters (especially marco!)
