There are a lot of missed points...
Draco asks Harry to rethink the friendship AFTER meeting ron on the train, and you describe harry as seeing ron for the first time && not knowing who he is (which wouldnt make much sense considering Harry already knows who ron is by the time Draco reasked for friendship)
Second, Harry wouldn't have the scar if his parents survived, because the scar resulted from the curse that backfired because Lily died for him. you can't have the scar if there are no sacrifices...
and i guess just a few grammar things i would keep up on. and spelling.
and try to avoid "hm" and "huh" a lot.

:O nononono you've got it all wrong! It's harry who's supposed to get hurt because of ron so that ginny can feel sympathetic/sorry so that they can fall in love! :)

I think you should let us knwo what exactly happened with james and voldemort. Is he back or not?
what about the prophecy? is it still valid?>
where is peter pettigrew?
did anything happened in any of Harry's first five years?
is harry smart? powerful? parselmouth?
where is voldemort right now?> what is going on with the ministry? the order of the phoenix?
