Hey! I really love this story you did about Abby and Tony. I think it would be wicked cool if you did an expanded version of this story, maybe took the first half when they meet or something. I think that would be really cool since I haven't seen many extanded stories focusing on the whole Tony/Abby brother/sister thing.

I loved it, you're right, Tony and Abby probably didn't mesh all that well immediately and I liked that you showed how much time and effort Abby put into getting Tony comfortable with being hugged.

Aww, how sweet! I think you've got both of them very well in character. One of my favorite lines: "Gibbs seemed to think the whelp was okay, but Abby wasn’t so sure. He didn’t hug for cryin’ out loud! What kind of normal person didn’t like hugs?"--I can so hear Abby saying that. Anyway, this is a very cute fic. Good job!

I agree. I don't think they'd clicked right away. You have a wonderful Abby POV that carries us along the progression between the two.

I like this. It has almost a 3rd person story telling quality to it with 'the cop and the lab rat' but you worded just right to keep it personal.

I don't think I need to say anything more. The stoy, while short, held the right combination of Abby's humor and wit with the angst of Tony's original distant and self contained persona. Another great piece. I really enjoyed it.

i recognized in the show that tony isn't very fond of friendly hugs and only allows abby to do so before finding an excuse. i am glad that you picked up this theme.

Oh, that was lovely. I personally love the idea of Tony & Abby in a relationship, but I can totally see the brother/sister thing, too. Though I usually look at it as more really close friends. Anyway. That's besides the point. This was really nicely written and just so true to them. Nice work.

i have to say... your painting of them so points to 'more than friendship/brotherly-sisterly' love... there's a 'tingle' there...
