I loved this. The humor was dry, which I liked. The awkwardness and Gokudera's feelings of inadequacy made it a little depressing. I loved the whole "Yamamoto is gay sometimes" thing, along with the ongoing immature jokes. That last line was so powerful. It was a lovely, bittersweet read. Thank you.

Oh, wow. I have no words; I'll have to go find some. Okay, this is just simply amazing. The whole thing had this *tone* and it was so consistent it was like stepping into someone else's head for a while. I *loved* the characterizations, the awkwardness of the situation, the plot, the events (frozen pizza, Namimori, a mafia finance meeting, and watchingn sumo on TV--they were just so out of the ordinary and perfect for this). I loved the ending, I couldn't believe how abrupt-yet-perfect it was. I love it, the whole thing, it is simply FANTABULAMAZING!

Somehow, I prefer the more aggressive side of Yamamoto. The punch to Gokudera's face was awesome; it was just there. Not to mention Hibari's "your mom" joke, which was pure genius by the way. My favorite part had to be the awkward ending as Yamamoto pounces Gokudera. Aggressive Yamamoto is the best Yamamoto~ ♥

This story was so awkwardly funny. ^^ Gokudera was strange, uncomfortable and friggin' hilarious, but it made me love him more for being such an insanely in-character shithead. And your Straight/Bi/Gay speech was maximum awesome. This story was so well and weirdly written, and has been favourited something fierce.

lol. I would love to copy/paste all the amusing phrases of the fic but that would mean pasting the fic itself.

The undetones and the reality is a blow. I could almost sympathize with Gokudera - but he's always wrong. When I realized that I was reading 'real mafia business' in the course of the fic I couldn't help and laugh (more) because I only see them as crack!mafia.

Amazingly done. Hope to read more of your 8059 in the future (and dare I suggest 18/Ry?)
