I didn't think this chapter was quite as good as the last one myself. Mostly due to the fact that you used so many he said he said's between Chance and Jake. that it was confusing to know just which of them was the one talking.

I'm still very much interested in seeing how thing continue to play out and what the future holds for Chance and Jake though.

This is a nice little cross piece to bring in Commander Feral. It's nice to see you working again even if for short spurts before having to put it up for a bit. I liked the humor you incorporated into the SWAT Kats situation.

This was an idle interest that I decided to continue and I'm glad I did. This series is a well written story line and I find it nicely different. From what your bio said, you won't update often, so I'll just have to be on pin and needles for a while to find out what Feral is going to say to Chance and Jake when he turns up to scream at them.

The only thing that could be better in this, would be if you had revealed more of what had happened after the Sk left. Or are you going to do that in the next few chapters?

I love this story and especially the bit of mystery (something I have trouble with) that you've slipped in. This is very thought out and I can't to wait for more.

I have only one complaint. You fail to give the name of who is speaking in many places throughout the story. One area was when Callie left the room. It took me a bit to realize it was Callie and not Felina who had been speaking a moment ago. Then you went on to a he (no idea who) thinking, a few paragraphs later and I realized it was T-Bone. you really should go back and fix this and be careful of this problem occurring again.

It doesn't matter how long, it was certainly worth the wait. I'm having a hard time finishing my stuff too due to my family moving across the state. I spend most of my time trying desperately to complete my open stories while packing. Anyway, can't wait to read more, its really great.

i was surprised (in a good way!) to find an alert for this story in my mail. glad to read that while it will be updated slow, it will be finished. the story is wort the waits in between, for me.
