I'm beginning to like your Keith more than a little! I found him a little weak at first, too diffrerent from his kind (not only his character, but the eyes, and the voice - what have you against the wraith's multi-layered voice? é_è) but I kinda like his strange behavior, not too human-like either (is that even a valide sentence? I'm french, so i'm really sorry if what I'm trying to say doesn't really make sense ^^")

And you worried about Sheppard being a jerk in the chapter "confession"? Don't! I was so happy to see him that way! I find you made him a little too nice and thankful all the time...

The thing with Shebner (the worshipper prisonner) intrigues me too! I wonder if he has not some implanted tracking device... Suspense, suspense...

I'd love to give you a review. I'm usually a ghost these days, but I like to drop onto fellow Wraith-writers. For one thing, you've developed your Keith OC to a real-life, breathing creature; I mean, this fellow has personality. I like the interaction between John and him - you have a pretty good grasp on John's character. Good details, pretty solid grammer.

The only advice I would give you is to stay away from adverbs (any word ending with -ly, such as 'matter-of-factly') and just stick with the he said, she said. It'll give your writing a stronger, firmer stance. Also, (yeah, I lied - I'll give you two tidbits of advice) I'd suggest you stay away from adding italics within dialogue. Trust the reader that they'll figure out the nuances themselves.

Other than that, I must admit I'm rather smitten with this fic.

Did I mention Keith is adorable? Because he's so CUTE! XD

Yikes, hope Ronon doesn't do that again, though knowing him, that's unlikely! I'm looking forward to finding out what happens next, what Schebner is up to. What is Atlantis going to do about the activated ancient weapon? The wraith could eventually manipulate it to do what they want without Sheppards' help.

Love how you developed his character. And Sheppard is well written. The plot is going along very well.
Must say I especially loved the 'squishy'. Unfortunately I have to wait before finishing - reading this has already cost me major study time! I literally have to force myself to stop reading! Yes, Sheppard's acting the jerk. However! His reaction is really quite understandable (even if it makes me want to give Keith a hug & tell him it'll all work out in the end). Still enjoying the team scenes. ...Not much substance in this review, I know, & I apologize, but I -really- wanna get back to reading. ^_^;;

Faced by terrifying two-headed birds and all manner of disturbing critters, yet slogging onward to rescue his friend! ^_^ I think you're doing quite well on the team scenes, by the way, and I'm glad you're including their side of the story along with Sheppard's. And yay Common-Ground-Wraith allusion! ^_^ (I'm really very fond of Todd, and I hope he shows up again.)
