beautiful! poignant and touching, and an absoulutely wonderful portrayal of obi-wan's pain the grief and loss he feels, as well as the growing bond between him and anakin. a truly heartwarming piece.

Wow...I loved that. I think I was going to read it when you first posted it, but I think that was also the time the computer crashed. Anyway, I'm glad I got to read it now! I kept thinking of how much worse Obi-Wan would feel when Anakin turns, if they put this into the movie...(I hope George goes into the friendship between Obi and Ani, because then Ani's betrayal will mean more, mwahaha!)
