SWEET! I love how this story is progressing! about the ships, rigging a series of astromech droids together into a sort of primitive hive mind might actually make the crew-less ships viable distractions in the comming battles, able to manuver and fire and generally harry the Vong ships even as the crewed ships pull off interesting stunts. yes, it would take extensive retrofitting on each ship to make them completely automated, but it might be worth it!

I am glad Jacen died a true Jedi - but that doesn't make me hate you less for killing him! (sits down in a corner and cries).

Thanks for not killing Anakin though. I'm glad he finally gets to fulfill his destiny. :)

I hate Qahsel. (Sounds like Queso - which is Spanish for cheese. Hm...maybe I can get revenge on him after all! Humiliating your enemy is always so much more fun than killing him right off. Mua-ha-ha-ha!)

After all this time Kale is still stuck on good guys and bad guys? He's the leader of the Alliance now, doesn't he get it yet? There is no absolute good or bad they're just points of view! I swear the longer this story goes the more I want to strangle him.

Nice chapter by the way. Seemed kind of like a filler/set up chapter though. Looking forward to the big fight next week.

Doomsday is coming. For a great many people. Not sure i buy Daala not knowing about it. In some ways, she seems to be almost Thrawns equal in deviousness in the novels.

Loved the scene with Anakin and Kir... and how the fight was resolved. Eerie echoes there. Also love the mention of the relationship between Han and Jaina. she was always a daddys girl lol

Great stuff so far, the rumbles on now.

Han seems to have aged well. He's become more devious and crafty. And with the Imperial backstabbers out of the way, the kicking of Vong ass can be resumed in earnest.

Too bad we didn't get to see Thrawn's death. :( Oh well, I enjoyed seeing Anakin take out Kanos, very good fight. :) An excellent chapter and I'm eagerly awaiting the next update.

Definitly an exciting action filled chapter here, waiting to see how it plays out. Also I see your bringing out Doomsday to play but its still 4 against 2 if Braniac and Doomsday work together. The only who could take either of those two alone would be Kale or maybe Jor could take Braniac. That's a real maybe too so I guess it might even out the fight.

This Empire betrayal thing seems quite big but everyone in the Empire can't be against the Alliance, somebody must think its a good idea? I don't understand this Empire plan anyway it doesn't matter how big their ships are they'll never counter Kale and family or Braniac and Doomsday with that.

Oh no, please tell me that the Vong didn't make who I think they made. Of all of the Superman villain you brought into this story, IT HAD TO BE DOOMSDAY? Now I really feel sorry for the Galactic Alliance because that is one monster even Kale may not defeat. At least not without sacrificing himself like in the comics. Doomsday must die without Kale dying, or any of the main protagonists in the story, or I will be heart broken. Anyway, great job. I give you two thumbs up, despite how much worst it got for the good guys.

Some things never change, even in an alternate universe. Oh, there'll be hell to pay once Kale finds out about all this. And nice touch introducing a Vong-bred Doomsday.
