Hiya, Linds here. I just wanted to let you know that your fanfic "Another Story" has inspired me to write something similar yet unique in it's own way. So, of course, I'm not stealing from you or anything, but I'm hoping I could send something like an exerpt of chapter one (when I get it finished despite being so busy with a job and classes at De Anza later on)

I might get stuck and might need a second opinion or bounce ideas back and forth. But yeah, I pretty much just wanted to let you know that Another Story has to be one of my personal favorites of the Fushigi Yuugi fanfics I've read.

the fic I'm writing, "Life As We Know It" is like a self-insert, but without raping the fandom. It's so far basically just the reincarnated Seishi and myself (a very... shall we say rowdy and hotblooded woman) and they're all attending UC Davis. I don't really fall in love with anybody.

I'm just blabbing on and on, huh? As soon as chapter one is finished, I'll send it over to you for approval/fun/enjoyment.

Aww. I loved this story. I just read the whole thing in one sitting. It's the first reincarnation FY fic that I've read, and I thought that it was a lot of fun. And I can't wait to read the sequel. Nuriko and Hotohori are so cute together. And yay for Chichiri and Kouran being able to be together.

There were many parts of this story that had me laughing loud enough to startle my cats, which is always funny. If it wasn't 4 AM, I would go back and find all the funny parts and tell you that I appreciated them. Maybe I will tomorrow after I sleep.

I know Elephant love medley by heart... but when I first read the line "We could be heroes!" I could have sworn it said "We could be horses!"... Yeah...

While rereading this chapter, however, I finally am able to say that I have seen a Fazoli's restaurant... even if I wasn't able to go in. xD

Dude. You made me a spazz, like Gen-chan and Ryuu-chan. >.< But that's okay. Because you also set the story in Illinois (I'm telling you things you know). Something you -hopefully- DIDN'T know: I live in Illinois! Good ol' Illinois. Boring, but fun. Whatever. -pokes- Keep up the good work! And if there's not a sequel, I shall cry. Long and hard.

Also. I loved the five-minute version. I plan on printing it out, showing it to my friends, and then filing it away and giggling insanely whenever I'm grounded from the computer because I've got the AS:FMV. =D

OMG! That's the best FY story EVER! No wonder there's so many reviews, you totally deserves them. there's quite a few sentences i especially like in here, too many to name, but they got me laughing so hard i could barely stop. Also, your portrait of the seishi's characteristics are so accurate, though Gen-chan does swear excessively... but that's just him. this is the only story that i actually likes Miaka, and the character balance is good too, that everyone has a chance to appear, no like some stories in which Mitsukake and Chiriko just totally disappears off the scene. too bad the seiryuu no seishi didn't appear much. i would love to see your portraition of them too.
ANYways, LOVE YOUR STORY! KEEP GOING!

Oh... whoa.. man.. wow! I think it's official. You have made me *adore* Hotohori and Nuriko being together now. ^__^ I thought they were okay at first.. but now... I simply wuv 'em together! ^_^ Not to mention, wow, so much sap in this fic (and trust me, I was more of an angst person than I am a sap) but... nevertheless, I love this fic. I love how you portrayed Ryuuen, well, *and* Saihitei, *and* Genrou -- the humor is just damn PRICELESS!! /sigh/ Did I mention I love this fic?? ^_~
