I think its good- There aren't that many stories that manage to add some depth to Shockwave as a character without making him seem OOC, but you managed it nicely. The dialogue and interaction are easily believable and amusing. There are no particular problems that I can see.

I always love this pairing, and it was great to see it done in such an unusual, and probably most likely, way. It would have been nice to see the whole backstory rather than hear about it, but this story appears to be just a one-shot, so I'll take what I can get! Loved it.
