This is a brilliant character study. I particularly like how you pegged each character and what they would do in this situation. Your descriptions and use of words is fantastic, and paints a clear and vivid picture.

I don't know why I love this so much, but...I do. All of it. There are some days where I NEED an abandoned lab to demolish.

Okay, I must remind you that Trish is emotionally fragile right now...but still. This made me CRY. Because THIS is what SGA is all about: the love. You know, that 'friends who are more-than-family' love. And it's set forth here, so clear and simple, because Ronon knows all about it and accepts it and participates in it, just as Rodney does. And you've just CAPTURED it. In, what, 800 words? (Yes, I cheated and checked. *blush*) Just phenomenal.

Ha, so Ronon. Perfectly lovely. and I liked how you described the way all the different people would react, they were spot on.

Hm, my first thought was 'wow, quite a temper tantrum there', but I can see now that it's actually more along the lines of stress relief. ^.~

I like Ronon's insightful observations of other people's interactions with Rodney and also how they all would involve talking. His own approach is so much more straightforward and oh, so typical!

And the story has a perfect conclusion. ^^

This would be the best meltdown ever for the show. Have they ever had a meltdown? I don't think so. I loved this so much, I even felt better!

Ronon is so intuitive and knows just how to handle each member of his team. I liked the way you gave him insight into the other people in Atlantis. This proves that his silence is not just some 'dumb jock' act. He is always observing and analysing everything. "Silence IS golden" in Ronon's case.

What a wonderful case study of the strong silent type known as Ronon.
