I think these vignettes are wonderful. You embody Howl perfectly somehow. He's so wonderful, yet such a git at the same time. Loving it. Update when you can. I'm enjoying Sophie too. She's quite well done.

Haha, Twinkle is incredibly cute.

Readers really didn't need all of Diana Wynne Jones' hints to tell it was Howl underneath, and I do believe you've captured Twinkle's essence very, very well indeed.

I just finished "House of Many Ways" and was so excited to find this story! Your drabbles are wonderful, capturing the great fights that Sophie and Howl have, but also their love for each other. Wonderful! (And I love that you continue Morgan's obsession with "Dinkle." :D)

Of course it's a problem! Morgan sounds difficult, just right i'd say.

Anyway whether this scene has a point or not the more you write about them the better as far as i'm concerned, although since i've reviewed everything i've read so far you'll know that.

I must control myself and stop reveiwing every chapter or you'll be completely weighed down by it but i loved some of the dialougue here. So many people fall into the trap of writing those charectors in some sweet romance story and you've done it so perfectly, i cannot express how impressed i am.

I hate the fact i'll face to get up and get ready to go in ten minutes because i'm devourintg these like i did with HOMW it's self.

'you've caused that poor nursemaid to look ready to spout wings' i love it, i take it that was an intentional refference to the fact that she does later.

Thank you! I've done exactly the same thing in my head so don't worry. I read it in an after noon too. It's annoying isn't it? i know that Charmain, Peter, Waif, the King, Abdullah, Flower-in-the-Night, Hasruel etc. are all great charectors but i can't appreciate them at all beause when i read about them i'm only really waiting to get to another bit with Sophie or Howl or both, or Calcifer as well. i loev them all. Sophie in particular is my favourite, she's my favourite charector in fiction and she's my hero.

Please tell me you are not a fan of the film as well? I hated it. howl was alcking in welshness, and he was creepy. And sophie was pathetic and kept crying and there was no Miss angorian, i nearly cried, which would have been rather hypocrytical.
