The ol' Se la vi Thing eh? No, going out with a bang? But...I guess you are right to end it that way, plus if this was an episode (which it truly could've been, it was SO good!), it probably would've ended like that too. Oh well.

I think it's certainly a good idea for Danny to always take a second look at whatever happens. But it is going to take a while until everything returns to normal again for him.

I wonder if Sam and Tucker will notice anything else that's different about their friend. I, for one, certainly think it's possible.

Yes! Finally, an explanation! And now I can see that no one would have guessed it unless they were the author or you told them. Or if they were incredibly smart and put the pieces together with very little help.

The explanation makes sense, too. Some people have plots like these and explanations that make no sense whatsoever. I'm just glad that you made one that makes sense.

It's a pity that Danny has to shoulder this burden alone. But at least this won't come between his friendship with Sam and Tucker unless he becomes completely depressed and confesses.
