great story

Very poinient. I like the fact that it isn't specificly Lucas. It could easily be Ben, or Tim, or Miguel, or Katie, or a random crewmember, or even my character, Samantha. It's wonderfully well written, and if I had to say anything, there's a bit too much comma use. Other than that, it's brilliant.
I was shocked at how immediatly I could relate to this. Actualy, I was frightened to have my fear realized. I'm one of 'them.'

This is really powerful, wow. You say it's not necessarily an ELF, so maybe Lucas isn't the narrator, right? Actually, whether or not it was meant to be by Lucas I didn't really get the impression it was him as I read it, but once again, great fic.
