I liked this very much, despite its intense sadness. Well that's what made it so excellent-you did the Doctor's thoughts very well. While I was watching it I thought, "Yeah, but the Time Lord Doctor's still alone!", and now the thoughts are written.

And this line, "...every syllable increasing the fractures in my hearts" is beautiful. Very well done.

AWW. That was sad, but very good. I feel that that was true to the characters. I saw the same emotion in this fic that I saw in the episode. Good job.
