Dramatic! I love dramatic! But seriously, I could hug you for writing something heavy and worth reading. It's come to my attention that almost every Avatar writer seems to be a teeny bopper with no idea how to write something on this degree of drama and seriousness. Very nice. I liked how you explained the whole contrast of the elements thing, and how it messed with everything about her pregnancy. Smart thing, dear. Though I'm usually not supportive of the whole "GACK!fireandwaterdonotmixiamsickanddying!!' deal, I found this one terribly well done. Very good job if you could get me to change my stance, if even temporarily.

I especially like the baby's name. Wen Tian. It has a nice ring do it :) My own personal Zutara bratlings don't get to boast such wonderful, creative names. I mean, Kanaan and Hana? They're just disgusting when compared. It oddly reminds me of Lu Ten's name. No real reason why. Maybe it's the double moniker thing. I have no idea.
