This is the first MagnusAlec fic I've read that took my breath away. The first few paragraphs were beautiful, and so Alec, and this was all so in character and like something you would find in the book. And when the humour took over and the part about the Clave and the Vampire rumours you wrote everything perfectly. Honestly, I loved every part of this. Especially the last few lines So Magnus :D

So, I found this frustrating as usual, because it makes me want to write and then I just *don't* because sheer amazingness like this makes me feel small and pathetic. So then I pull what I've written over me like a security blanket and curl up in that little metaphorical corner and brood.

I still feel happy to have contributed to this though, in small devious ways.
