You did this very very very well. I go into stories like this with a rather critical eye, and I can't find any objections for this one. It was wonderfully written and it was nice to see a completely different take on Macavity. bravo!

I really like this idea. I especially like that Rum Tum Tugger is his brother, i actually thought it was him who kidnapped old duteronamy in the film. i can't wait to read the next chapter.

It makes me sad that this great story has only had 12 reviews. I think it was brilliant and very well written.

I agree with FaeTiggular, for such a story you deserve much more reviews. It's the best and most logical - I mean, the events follow one another as they could have for a real being with such a past and story, the feeling and all - story I've read about Cats on . I love it and can't wait for the next chapter.

I quite like this story. Its almost like the CATS version of Wicked. please continue. I am sad to see you haven't gotten many reviews.

i love this: it portrays a young, not-totally-insane macavity. he might actually be my favorite male char. in CATS, so this will be interesting.
use more description of the appearances, it helps with visualizing.
one extremely scary version of macavity that i might write about is a meld of the Napoleon of Crime and Rum Tum Tugger ((shiver down spine)) hope to see more of this!

The title intrigued me, the summary convinced me to read the story, and this chapter got me hooked. Few of the in-depth CATS stories on here.
