I just started reading now but this is hilarious. I never really thought of Sheppard/Keller as a pairing. I prefer Keller with Ronon or McKay. I think you should do a Weir/Cauldwell pairing next. I'm not completely sure if she liked him but you can tell that he liked her. Especially in the episode "The Long Goodbye" when he sees Sheppard and Weir kiss and he looks disappointed.
