Oh... This chapter is breaking my heart. JD's blowup was pretty heartwrenching, but the Janitor's story just pushed me over the edge. Very good.

I really enjoyed this story. Your dialouge was really spot on, it really reminded me of the Scrubs episodes. I hope your book is doing well and that you continue writing.

I haven't really read any fanfiction in a while but I got your pm so I decided to give this a try.

It is a great fic; I read it all in one sitting :)

Firstly the Characters.
They were all incredibly realistic and they all developed beautifully, although I especially enjoyed your Doctor Cox parts, you nailed the character!
Jordon was also particularly enjoyable in this fic, I always love seeing her softer side, and you expressed her underling worry, understanding and sympathy in an elegant and thoughtful manner. There’s nothing worse then fics were the characters just announce all their feeling.

Secondly the story line.
Although a little overused I do enjoy stories in which JD has suffered in some way, I even have a C2 dedicated to them 
Although this is a very good one it’s not the best I have read, I would have enjoyed more expression of JDs thoughts and feelings and I feel by only finding out what happened in the last few chapters the reader may have missed out on any real breakthroughs and emotions JD may have gone though, have you considered writing a short sequel?

Please don’t take this as criticism because I really did enjoy the fic and I think it was great.
