Wow. Really nice job with the tension there!

Anyway, I continue to be very interested in your plot idea. All the little details in there make it very believable, though unexpected. Also, all the characters seem to be in line with their personalities - especially Magnus. "Oh hush, hush girl. You can't get rid of me that easily." xD LOVE that line.
