Read it and loved it, even though the thought of the pairing kind of creeps me out. xD But you did amazing work of this cracky pairing, dear! Keep that incredible talent up! :D

I liked, "She left, and he watched fireworks light up the sky that night." That one line made the whole thing just click into place for me.

And oh, the sweet, angsty history they share. I never considered that before. New crack ship, ahoy!

Just some points: In the first paragraph, "He'd listened to Ichigo and helped HER rescue her" I think you meant "helped HIM rescue her." I think, unless Ichigo is a girl now.

And the last section, when you slip into present tense was a little strange.I know how hard it is to keep in tense, I have the habit of alternating too. And if you know you did it, and you did it on purpose, then FAB. But if you didn't realize you had, just keep an eye on it next time. ;)

And, oh, this (I think) is the sexiest line I've ever seen you use, "She just looks at him, and smiles, and moves against him" and EXTRA bonus points for the great use of itallics.
