Oh. My. God. I'm pretty sure my heart stopped for second as I finished this fic. This...is a masterpiece. Painful to read but so worth it.

"The last rays of light were so painfully bright that they made Sasuke wince, made him shift his focus from the sun in the sky to the one lying besides him in the bed." I must say, I adore this line. It could have been too cheesy and overdone, but you just...fit it in and it worked perfectly.

Sasuke in this fic made me want to cry. His whole I-came-back-for-you-and-now-you're-dying-please-don't-leave-me broke my heart. Naruto, too, but you almost expect him to be that way, whereas sasuke is usually the more reserved one. Or something. I don't know. I feel like reading this has temporarily robbed me of the ability to express myself properly.

There's really so much I love about this; the way you put in the phone call, and the italics with the "breathing", and the pills (romantic in a horribly morbid way)...long story short, i absolutely loved reading this. You are an amazing writer.

this is beautifully written...loved the little 'breathe' -s stuck in every so often. sasuke's characterization was very well done- he was loving without losing that distant feel, yet without being cold. very very nice. thank you.

I think this is probably what will come out of Sasuke after years in silence, if you know what I mean. This is probably how he'll act in a situation like this, same goes for Naruto. I really think you've painted the whole story beautifully. Sadly but beautifully.
