| Housewoodblues 2008-09-02 ch 1, | abuseExellent job. I think the same as Harrison Bergeron :"Gary Oldman did such a fantastic job with Jim Gordon. And you did an amazing job with this story. I like the location you chose for these two to have this conversation. There aren't enough Gordon stories out there, so I'm glad you wrote this one. I enjoyed the dialogue and you letting Gordon voice out his thoughts." And I like the friendship between the 2. |
| Harm Marie 2008-08-22 ch 1, | abuseThis was great. I love what you did with the Wayne/Gordon dynamic. |
| Miss Stinky and Janey Poo 2008-08-07 ch 1, | abuseOoh, I loved this! I love the whole friendship between Gordon and Batman... You kept them very much in-character. I can very much see this happening. Awesome-possum job :) ~*Miss Stinky*~ |
| wertzy 2008-08-06 ch 1, | abusethat was very well written!! I believe in Harvey Dent!! woo sorry anyway great job on this. |
| Speakfire 2008-07-28 ch 1, | abuseGreat story! I loved the interaction between Gordon and Bruce, a very believable conversation with a lot of undertone. |
| Harrison Bergeron 2008-07-22 ch 1, | abuse//I came out of the movie wanting to see more of him// Gary Oldman did such a fantastic job with Jim Gordon. And you did an amazing job with this story. | minoki 2008-07-22 ch 1, | abuseoh very nice, i like how you wrote this! |
| JC Roberts 2008-07-22 ch 1, | abuseAn excellent story, well-written and in-character. And it gave me comfort, knowing that as he leaves this party, Bruce might feel a little less alone. It's going to be hard for people to write good Dark Knight stories in the wake of a near-perfect film, but this was one of them. |
| vballmania23 2008-07-21 ch 1, | abuseLove the story! |
| Grapetheape 2008-07-20 ch 1, | abuseThat was so in character, and very enjoyable. I loved reading it. The conversation was great between the two. It was.. almost at a reveal and then it would pull away, almost out of Gordon's own ignorance. But it's like he said, he doesn't want to know who Batman is. Great fic! |
| C.R. Cheetah 2008-07-20 ch 1, | abuseThis was brilliant! I loved that conversation with Jim and how they say everything without saying ANYTHING. The ending line was a nice touch to, and very true. "Gotham needs another Harvey Dent, he muses. But it wouldnt hurt to have another Jim Gordon." I hope you've got more Batman fics up your sleeve cuz this was an ace in the hole! |
| Sarah 2008-07-20 ch 1, anon. | abuseSo great! And it just clicked that the Joker lied and gave Dent's location as Rachel's...I hadn't realized that before! Wonderful piece; I love Jim Gordon and the understanding he and Bruce have reached! |
| Erin-21 2008-07-20 ch 1, | abuseI enjoyed this very much, it was interesting and also, I do hope you continue this in some way, Gordon is an amazing character... and Bruce... oh Bruce :D, be well and take care. |
| Jinnie 2008-07-20 ch 1, | abuseI love the mutual respect between Gordon and Bruce and I also loved this! Thanks for sharing! |
| Erikthephantom07 2008-07-20 ch 1, | abuseI really did believe in Harvey Dent, too. Great story - everyone was in character and it was SO LIKE the comics because you know that Gordon sorta kinda knows but doesn't want to at the same time. Great. Keep writing. Poor Harvey. |
