This is a good story, but isn't there one major problem? This takes place when James bit Bella, doesn't that mean that New Moon never happened? Therefore, the Cullens and Bella wouldn't have made the promise to change Bella because Edward wouldn't have gone to the Volturi to ask them to kill him.

Okay... well I have to say you had a good basis for a story... but you went from "James bites Bella and she turns" to James bit her yet book 2 still happend. You messed up. I suggest going back and either changing your beginning orfixing where you deviated from your original intent. The fact remain that you have two choices (Or three if you want to ignore this and continue with a story that while is good makes no damn sense what so ever)

Choice 1 is to make the story about another vampire changing her after book 2 or even three if you need to.

Choice 2 is revise your story and fix where you add things from New Moon in. You can't have James bite her but somehow New Moon happened. If James doesn't die in the first book then Edward would never have left her in the second.

So there you go. There are other choices I am sure but those are the two that stuck out to me. Well I'll be waiting to see how you take this so goodbye for now.

I sorta feel like the story is moving too quickly. Maybe if you took a second and explain things a bit more, making the time go by the same way it is in real life, it could be a really good story.
