This fic was very disappointing. You have a good set-up, but did not pursue it. There was a good opportunity to explore the characters and deal with their different reactions to Murdock's having to kill. Instead, it simply devolved into gratuitous sex. Sex can serve a purpose in a fic, but this just seemed pointless and told us nothing about the characters. And why does the POV shift from third person to first person?
