Rin has become a woman. And Sesshoumaru leaves his young faithful ward. And Kagome has left the fedual era and Inuyasha morns the loss. This is indeed sad.

Wonderful, bitterweet ending to the story. Nice take on things from Rin's point of view. I see that it is a one-shot - but it would be nice to add an epilog, with the manga ending.
