A well thought and well executed idea. According to the unofficial story, Booley the assassin did not escape, but was cut to pieces on the spot by Gracia's Chaos String spell. (Her own invention and the first of a number.) However, that's not part of the official anime or manga, so your story is as good a version of the events that made Naga what she is. I think you meant "vagueness" instead of "vaugness" in the forward, but otherwise, nicely written.
