For some reason, fics that go all out and have Grissom and Sara profess their love for each other seems kind of corny and fake at times. Of course, I am all about WRITING those same sort of stories, but that's beside the point. =D The fact that they DON'T come right out and profess their love makes it seem all the more real and true, and Grissom's, "...I care about you..." was perfect. And then Sara inviting him in to talk... it was awesome! Just how it should be. We know he didn't just come to her door and tell her he loved her and it was all good. We know that there was a lot of work involved, and you set up an awesome beginning for it! Great job! I really liked it! =D ♥♥VegasGoddess |

You did a beautiful job, and I especially loved the last lines. Sorry to hear Athena's being a brat (still). She must've went on vacation with Aphrothena because I haven't been able to write anything either. It's so guilt-inducing. Anyways, great job! |

I actually considered going to your profile and counting, but I don't really feel like clicking on every single oneshot and reading your A/Ns to see if that was one of them. Anyway, I have no idea why I'm blathering on about this, so I'll move on. Well, I've been sitting here for about 15 minutes now, going over the last bit of your story.. The only thing I can really say about it is that it's very good, I really like Sara's reaction. The beginning is a bit awkward, not *bad*, just awkward, but in some way that fits b/c Grissom tends to be awkward with admitting feelings and such (ex. his proposal). |
