Whew, that was an awesome read! This is a great, unique take on this character... someone I could easily imagine him to have really been. The plot was well carried out and everything... the ending was excellent; sad, but it struck a chord within me. Amazing last few lines... bringing the life of this man and the enmity of nations to a realistic, heartbreaking head. Love the message. Love the fic! Wow. Very awesome.
