Your charactisation of J is absolutely flawless. It's not often that you find a fic where she's kept in-character, especially to this extent. You've written her so naturally.

Fantastic work.

That was... amazing, to put it loosely. The description wasn't overdone but wasn't missing; you described enough to set the mood. The way you characterized her men when they first met J was great, because it sounds so freaking REAL. That's also a great explanation behind why J's called "Sir" in the show, which is something that's always confused me a little bit.

And J herself...you hit the nail on the head. Harsh, no nonsense, willing to sacrifice her followers for her own gain. I've only seen a few stories she's in, but yours had by far the best characerization of her. Just stunning.

J's speech is concise, to the point, but still carries a threat because you KNOW she's dead serious.

The beginning is very J - no dawdling around, here's the set up. Very nice. It was a bit short, but that's understandable. This is the first J fiction I've seen, though, so props for that.
