Death-Muncher 2009-10-30 . chapter 29I super turbo enjoyed this story. I'm not a big fan of crossovers but you did a splendid job with this one. :) |
Pheonix Eternia 2009-10-23 . chapter 29This was a wonderful read. I love the way you meshed the different shows and bounced the characters off one another. |

sidjack 2009-09-28 . chapter 29I read it too fast to review every chapter, but this is incredible.
I have never seen the show with all these characters, but you are making me have to watch it now.
Very nice, so well done. I hope you do more of these. I loved your NCIS crossover with SG1, read it like twenty times.
Sorry I am not better at reviewing, but this is just the best thing I have read in ages.
Loved it.
Well done.

fantasdancer 2009-09-26 . chapter 29Hey, really loved the blending of two of my fave TV shows. I would have loved to see more of Reid and the Winchesters - ya know - they're the same age, same sad backgrounds, both got knowledge of the occult, etc. Plus the Reid and Dean relationship you set up was so enticing. Would have loved to see how you worked that one. Would have loved to see how Sam and Reid got along. Sigh - if only I could write as well as you ... |
happycabbage75 2009-09-07 . chapter 29I've spent the last couple of days in a marathon reading session of this and "Defect." What a great AU! Very nice job of weaving the two shows together. A wonderful read. |
WatchOutForIce 2009-09-03 . chapter 1Well done -- you just got me to sit and read for almost eight hours straight! This Defect/Hell and Back duology is brilliant!
Any chance of any more?? |
 The Scarlet Pumpernickel 2.0 2009-08-02 . chapter 4...good |
Marlowe97 2009-08-01 . chapter 24Ha. As I expected - as good as the first! I like Deans pyro-phobia - very understandable, just why they never put it in the show?
I also liked the little scene with the vet/cook in chapter 23 - really well done, without being too much.
I like the running too. I hate running myself, but the cancept of just running away from sorrow, pain and whatever... yeah. It is kinda understandable.
And I like the control-thingy Jason had Dean practicing - clever old guy.
I really learned to like Morgan, I never really warmed to him very much in the show, I have to admit, but I think you wrote him very in character. Really well done

rahne2 2009-07-15 . chapter 29I never thought I would like a sequel to Defect, since it was so perfect. (Actually, it is still my favorite SN fanfic, the characterization was so beautiful, and real!) But I take it back. I loved this! Reading these pieces is like listening to normal conversation, I never feel like I am reading dialog or a composed story. And you have a real feel for Gideon (I thought he was a psychiatrist. Learn something new every day. Huh.) It was cool how Dean bonded with Morgan after ignoring him in Defect. And how easy it was for him to spot a "believer", which I truly think Derek is. And his protectiveness toward Penelope was so sweet and right. Reid's lack of worrldliness was also well handled. Of course, Sam would think of Gideon when Dean needed help. It is exactly what our Sam would do, regardless of the risks. And, of course, Dean would be angry at him for using Garcia to track down his number. Again, all the characterizations were perfect. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed reading this, and how sad I was to finish it in one night. (I never read fics until they are complete.)
P.S. Having Morgan register Sam as a confidential informant. Brilliant! Never would have thought of it. And it eases his discomfort with the credit card fraud. I love it! I was also thrilled that Reid made the effort to clear Dean's name. Always thought it would be easy if someone just took the time and effort. It is just what he would have done, and on his own time, too. Thanks so much. And thank you for a good read that was not dotted with grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors. It's part of the reason your work reads so well and naturally. Still amazes me how few writers can use proper English in the past 20 years. Very sad, actually. |
The Blizzard Alchemist 2009-06-18 . chapter 1Ahh! I didn't know that you had a sequel! I loved Defect and I'm excited to find out how things continue. |
K-Marie-M 2009-06-16 . chapter 29So this is a really good series even if I have only seen like one ep. of NCIS! I hope you do a sequal!! |
 Jceda27 2009-05-13 . chapter 29My favorite Supernatural crossover. : )
Hopefully a 3rd story is in the works because I really want to see how the Winchesters get along with the whole BAU team. |
 achillies-eel 2009-04-18 . chapter 29Aw, Gideon's goin' on a hunt!! :D I DO hope you'll write something about that.
Hilarius that they cleaned up the motel before they left. Was that Sam's idea, Garcia's or Morgan's? :P
I think Dereck's character has progressed the most in this fic; he went from mildly hostile to friendly and accepting of the supernatural. With Gideon, he was the most friendly to begin with, but ultimately had the hardest time believing in the end. Ried... well, he was just our dear Spencer through and through; trusting and loyal to a fault and eager as an adorable puppy. :D Penelope was the ever sweet and lovely bundle of sunshine.
I love how different and complex your characters are. Any chance you're a profiler? :P
Exceptionally awesome, and definitely worth the effects of a lack of sleep that I'm going to be feeling tomorrow. I DO hope you write more in this universe. |
