that Rocked! it was soo sweet, i even cried at a few parts, and that's saying something. it had funny parts too, like daisy and makeup. it was just really great.

I rather liked this story. Although, for some strange reason, I pictured Mavis having a Wisconsin accent, Bill and Ben having Seattle/surfer accents and Diesel with a thick Russian accent. The idea of 'Arry having a crush on Mavis was well carried throughout the story... though that didn't truly last to the end with him declaring his bachelorhood. James almost puking at the 'kissing' scene almost implied something there. You didn't take the idea of him being gay from me, did ya?

One note worth mentioning: It was said that 'Arry felt his boiler would burst. A little incorrect being that he's a diesel engine! Though this story is separate in canon to your other stories, right? I was surprised when 'Arry had thoughts of murder when it came to Mavis'... love interest, but I guess he's that sort of diesel. The idea of Flora being a 'man eater' of sorts was well written throughout the story, lets only hope that sort of characterism isn't carried towards the TV series itself.

Another strange note. Mavis seemed like the engine to listen to Nu Metal. I don't know why, her personality and attitude suits that idea to a tee. I kept playing a whole bunch of old nu metal tracks as I read this. Just your basic classic Papa Roach, Korn, ill Nino, Linkin Park, Slipknot and what not. Oh, and some old school Jerry Cantrell.

It was a great read, not bad for a collaboration. Hope I see more from you.
