I hope you get back to this story. It's one of the better takes on a Nolanverse origin for Harley I've read, although sometimes your phrasing is a little awkward. I enjoy your characterization of her, and how you had her introduced to the Joker before she even finishes school (not to mention during TDK) instead of at Arkham. I'm definitely wondering if/when we'll get more insight into the Joker's interest in her, so I await another chapter.

What can I say? This story is developing perfectly, and your characterization of both Joker and Harley is excellent.

When I read the words "gargoyle imitation stance" I instantly though up a mental image of him sitting like L from Deathnote, haha.

This chapter seemed rather uneventful, but I'm eager for the next, either way. Continue the good work.

I love how you write! It's detailed so that there can't be a mistake in what you're trying to say, but not to wordy to where you get bored. Very realistic too.

Hai. Octo here. Sorry I haven't been commenting at your LJ on these chapters. Dunno why, but I'm just gonna attribute it to laziness. So I'm gonna try and do my best to review it now. I suppose I shouldn't be reading this fic because I haven't seen the movie yet, but I will in a few days, so whatever xD

Harley's a really great character, she slides into Gotham quite well. She deals with the Joker realistically and that's quite refreshing. And the Joker...well, he's just awesome. You're doing an awesome job capturing the insanity and chaos he is. Keep it up ^_^
