I'm not completely sure how I found this story, or how I missed it in the first place, but Damn this was good. Spot on I think, not only in emotions, but the way they CONVEY them. So often, fanfic writers, majority of which are women, make them talk like women, mushy women at that, about their feelings (ie. competently) when it's quite obvious neither of them are capable.

This is a very good case of "show, don't tell". Perfect!

It's perfect. I'm not sure exactly how to put it into better words than just - perfection. Lately, Shawn's been showing a deeper side. Rather than being the usual prankster and comical goof off, he's been spewing words that actually mean something. He spoke about Gus being his best friend. He lectured Dutch before his stunt. Now that those things have happened and Shawn is actually showing that he can be somewhat serious, I can completely see this happening. It's clearly shown in the show that even through all the resentment that Shawn has for Henry - he really does love him.

I love this. I really, honestly do.

*sniff, sniff* That was so beautiful, it touched me, it really did. You captured not only the essence of this episode, but also of Henry's and Shawn's relationship. This season has truly been interesting and you managed to show us a Shawn that has gone on a difficult journey and realization. Wonderful job and I look forward to more of your Psych stories.
