Before I started reading this story, I was unfamiliar with the Dirty Pair or Iria anime series. In order to have any fram of refrence,

I would have to spend $19.95 for a DP OAV and about $40 for the Iria box set. Both the anime and Should Old Aquaiantance Be Forgot were worth every penny. Congradulations, DB, on yet another trimph.

This is really exceptional. Since I'm more of a DPF fan, I kept having to replace Kei and Yuri in my head with Original Kei and Yuri during the dialog, but that's me. Your older Iria seems spot on. I'm enjoying this.

This was bloody brillant. Your skills of characterization and action sequences left me stun. You are one of the very few people I have come across that can write and direct fight scenes with no wasted motion or misplaced words.

The fights with Iria and Cross left me breathless. I do not know how you can create such vivid opponents for them in the space of a chapter. Dane, Whisper, and the rest of them were fully fleshed in my mind. The little details like Whisper wanting a huge gravesite for people to remember her by was touching and bitterly brillant.

This crossover was inspired and one of the best I have ever had the fortune to come across. The interactions of Kei, Yuri, and Iria are priceless and perfectly in character. I want to humblely beseech you to finish this saga- it is too wonderful not to.

ah yeah, one more thing. I got to thinking about other perfect crossovers. Iria - Dirty pair/flash - cowboy bebop (both have blown up moons) Dirty Pair Flash - love hina (both have a kid named keitaro, going to take some creative writing for that one, I can help) lets see, i thought about adding trigun - spike (bebop) and the dirty pair trying to take vash down, what a mess hehe. Just ideas, I'll write them if you don't given time.

I'm a big fan of Dirty Pair and Iria, Zeiram the animation. Those two live action movies which this anime is a prequel for were far too corny. Iria deserves more. This fic brings it nicely. Too funny how I didn't get the connection for this crossover until a moment before Iria arrived, So obvious i missed it heh. I love this fic, write more _
