hey! i really like where you're going with this. i read the summary and i was like what? ron and snape? but the way you developed ron really makes it work and i cant wait to read more. keep it up!

It's easier for Ron to embrace this idea. After all, he *had* been happy at different points in his life. He just needed to give himself permission to be so again. And the 7th son of the 7th son revelation gives him the nudge to go ahead. But, as other reviewers have pointed out, Snape had no such experience with happiness, nor does he have any sort of outside revelation to be the catalyst for an epiphany. Not yet, anyway. Good story.

Interesting idea to make Ron a seventh son of a seventh son. I'm not quite sure what the reviewer meant who commented on the inaccuracies. Of course, you're AU, but I didn't see any inaccuracies exactly. I liked Snape saying that Dumbledore never told anyone anything that he didn't have to tell them.

I just found this story, and I rather like it. Here's hoping that Snape _can_ learn to be happy--it's not like he has much experience with it.

Enjoyed the first chapter very much and this one was interesting. Where's Fred? Mr. Weasley had brothers. Ron's born after the twins. I'm confused about that though it's AU it's still hard to swallow the inaccuracies.
